Chongqing tire remanufacturing technology breaks foreign monopoly

according to Li Shuqing, a professor at the school of environment and resources, Chongqing University, there are two kinds of tire retreading processes, namely, the traditional model method (also known as "hot turning") and the pre vulcanized tread method (also known as "cold turning"). The latter is an internationally popular new process developed in recent 30 years. Due to the low vulcanization temperature, it can effectively prevent the aging of the carcass, so as to increase the number of tire retreading and prolong the service life of the tire. Yuguanghua, chief engineer of chaoke company, told that the ultra-low temperature pre vulcanization technology developed by them can reduce the quantitative temperature of water in the sulfur water supply system of tire turnover to 90 ~ 95 degrees Celsius, which is lower than 95 ~ 100 degrees Celsius of Michelin and Bridgestone, and even lower than 115 degrees Celsius commonly used at home and abroad

but it was unexpected that the automobile tire remanufacturing line was in a dilemma at the beginning of production. Huang Yirong, chairman of chaoke company, told that the CS [2011] No. 115 document abolished the value-added tax preference for tire turnover, which would be a heavy blow to the promotion and application of new technologies and the improvement of SPF of this series of products. China's dependence on natural rubber is more than 80%, while the global output of vanadium products in 2016 was 76530 tons (vanadium content). The rubber resources consumed in the production accounted for more than 70% of the total rubber consumption in China. Therefore, focusing on the remanufacture of old tires and the recycling of waste tires should become an important direction for the rubber industry to implement the scientific concept of development

at present, the new year's output of tires in China is only 13million, with a retreading rate of less than 5%, while the retreading rate of tires in developed countries is more than 45%. The average number of tire retreading in China is 1.3, while it has generally reached more than 3 in developed countries. It can be seen that there is a lot of room for the development of domestic tire remanufacturing industry

but it cannot be avoided that in order to catch up with the world's advanced level in this regard, China still needs the joint efforts of all parties concerned. In the design of new tires, we must consider the retreading rate and times, and strictly prohibit the production and sales of non "San Bao" tires, cut standard tires, etc. At the same time, in order to ensure personal safety, we must severely crack down on the production, marketing and use of fake and inferior tires
